Donna understands that children learn best when they feel valued, respected, and listened to, and she prioritizes taking the time to engage meaningfully with each child to affirm their place within the school community.

Donna is dedicated to fostering a family- and community-focused approach across all programs, from the nursery to the preschool room. She strives to provide a safe, happy, caring, and stimulating environment where children can develop the skills to become confident individuals, successful learners, responsible citizens, and active contributors to society. Recognizing the valuable knowledge families have about their children, she works collaboratively with both families and educators to create a dynamic learning environment that empowers every child to reach their full potential.

Hayley is a diploma qualified educator that believes in the power of collaboration and continuous improvement. By working together and making change, she believes we can achieve great things and make a lasting impact. Integrity, empathy and dedication are the core values that drive her both personally and professionally.

With 13 years of experience in children’s services, her vision is to continue fostering a vibrant and inclusive community at our centre. She aims to enhance the programs, expand our outreach and ensure a welcoming environment for all. Her goal is to make our centre a hub of innovation and excellence, where everyone feels valued and empowered.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, watching her son play football and spending the weekend away with family in Sydney.
