Educators

Roles in Early Childhood Education are diverse. Whether you’re a trainee just starting out, or a degree-qualified Early Childhood Teacher, it takes a village to give every child the best start in life.

Trainee Educator

Becoming a trainee educator through an apprenticeship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in early childhood education alongside your academic coursework. Trainees take an active role in supervising and interacting with children, implementing educational programs that are both engaging and customized for different age groups. They play a key role in creating dynamic learning spaces that promote play-based learning, while also delivering a curriculum designed to support each child's individual development and growth potential.

Lead Educator

As Lead Educators, we design and execute high-quality educational programs for children, grounded in the pedagogical principles of the Early Years Learning Framework. We actively contribute to shaping the service's educational program, continuously evaluating its effectiveness and ensuring inclusivity and support for all children in their learning journey. As leaders and role models within the service, we also maintain regular communication with families, providing insightful updates on their children's development based on our expert observations.
